I would like to set up a Worldwide List, for Blu-rays movies that contain demo trailers. Such as: speaker channel tests, Dolby, DTS & THX intro videos and many more. These videos are pretty rare these days.

Back in the time with DVD, they were more THX Optimzer tools. Pirates of the Caribbean for example.

Does some one know if: Avatar: Extended Edition also contains the THX "Amazing Life" Trailer?

Will take some time doing this, almost every Lionsgate disc in the US features a DTS-HD Master Audio intro trailer.

Since most of the Lionsgate Blu-rays are locked, I wasn't aware of this. On the other hand, glad there is still some love for DTS MA intros then.

I have never seen a DTS-HD Master Audio intro before on a Blu-ray movie. And I am collecting Blu-rays now for many years.

But there is a handy advanced search option on Blu-ray.com. Will put Lionsgate as general then for the list.

Yeah Summit have always used them as well, who are now part of Lionsgate.

The US version of Kingdom of the Crystal Skull (stand alone) has a THX trailer for Amazing Life.

I have several demo discs in my collection (in my signature) that are nothing but audio calibration discs. They all sound amazing. Even the ones on DVD.

The ones in your link, are all Lionsgate titles. I put Lionsgate on general in the list, since a lot of Lionsgate titles come with DTS-HD Master Audio intros.

The sound check is located under extras, then DTS sound check. There's an 11.1 and 7.1.

He's right about the Star Wars movies having the Amazing Life trailer at the end. At least Episode 1 does, I didn't check all of them.

On the Indiana Jones box set, I can confirm that Crystal Skull has this at the front of it. On the single disc version that I rented, it had Amazing Life at the front of it. I haven't checked on T2 yet.

I know that website. But that is not the purpose of my topic. Those trailers at that website, are mainly sourced from demo discs. NOT from Blu-ray movies.
