Default Digital HD copy redeems only in SD? Any experience getting this problem fixed?

Hello. I wasn't sure whether to post this here or in the UV section. I recently purchased Santa's Little Helper on DVD (put out by Fox) that comes with a Digital HD UV copy. Normally, I know that DVDs would only come with SD copies, but the front and back artwork along with the paper insert all claim that the included copy is Digital HD. I redeemed my code, but unfortunately, it seems to only have given me the SD version when I checked in VUDU, where I mainly watch my copies.

So far I've sent off e-mails to VUDU and Fox Redeem. Are either of them usually good about fixing this kind of error? This movie I bought is only on DVD and the included HD copy is the only way to see it in HD, so I'd hate to have to buy another copy just to try my luck again.

Hopefully this gets fixed and I can get my proper copy. I'm really interested in hearing everyone's experiences in these kind of matters. Thanks!
