This film is bonkers!
I loved the teams previous film The Lake Michigan Monster for it's crazy visuals & the heavy Guy Maddin influence.
This one is like a cross between the silent comics of Charlie Chaplin & Buster Keaton with the visual style of Terry Gilliam & Karel Zeman.

I thought this was abysmal. Didn’t even crack a smile. I lasted 30 minutes (which felt like 3 hours) before I had to turn it off.

To contrast baloobas, this has been my favourite film of 2024. Insanely hilarious and you can tell it was made by an awesome group of people. Absolutely worth a blind buy if you haven't seen it.

Saw this in the cinema, found the first half an hour pretty slow while my audience loved it. After that, I started getting into it and by the end I really dug it, will be picking up the Blu-ray.

It's available to rent and buy on Prime and AppleTV. Just checked it out on Prime and it was an absolute joy! I agree with people who say it's too long, the middle section drags quite a bit but the visual gags and overall esthetic were all a winner. I'll definitely be picking up the bluray, maybe when it's cheaper though.

Have we confirmed this is Region B locked? As in, has this been tested?

I saw this on a shelf while visiting the UK last week and that was the only thing that stopped me from picking it up.
