Black Panther has a small rogues gallery and we’ve already gone through his top 3 villains.

I’ve heard people suggest Kraven the Hunter...but he’s a Spider-Man villain.
also Namor this Atlantis guy... that would make them have to establish Atlantis and I’d rather Wakanda be the center of exploring in the movies.

I hope they bring back Klaw

Andy Serkis is the perfect Klaw...even though the MCU kind of ruined his connection to T’Challa. Bring em’ back. Supposedly he comes back as pure sound in the comics (although a normal guy with a sonic arm is way more fun imo. A sandman type villain doesn’t sound as interesting)

Bring back M’Baku as Man Ape. Have him be the new sympathetic villain in which he is the traditionalist against all the outsiders being exposed to wakanda.

He came to help, he has saved Black panther’s life and protected his family. Which makes him an interesting antagonist because he is honoroble and chose to help but maybe when the west sweeps down on wakanda, he may not like it. So it could be some good Professor X vs Magneto or Thor vs Loki interplay here.

He does appear to be fighting alongside him against Thanos though.
That plus the laughing moment kind of makes it seem like they’re now buddies.

It’s a shame too because he was so menacing at the beginning of the movie. Maybe there’s a way to develop him against him again during the two Avengers movies tho

Once the borders are open, the Enemy could come from outside of Wakanda.

So I am thinking Kiber The Cruel.

Or they could adapt Enemy of the State which would give Kraven and Achebe.

Storm would probably be possible consider the Fox properties should be starting by the time of a sequel.
