I hope they include both English tracks. The number one topic on the new commentary recorded for the Shout disc was the difference between the two tracks and they didn't even bother to include both so people could compare.

It's the reason why I haven't upgraded my UK DVD, as it comes with the Italian track, along with subtitles.

OK. they're dubtitles, but it's easily preferable to hearing the same couple of people doing all the voices on the English option.

I have the Italian blu ray which contains both English and Italian audio. No English subs though but I can add srt subs through the Oppo.

Great news, though I’m surprised Kino got this instead of Arrow who I know have wanted to do a release for years. They even did Barbarella recently which was also Paramount and could have paired nicely with this. Oh well, I’ll take what I can get.

I’d love an Arrow UK release of this (with the Italian track and both English tracks).

Cool to see. Looks like Kino picked up a bunch of Bava. Hopefully Bay of Blood in 4K is upcoming!

Once it was mentioned SF had lost the rights to this, I had hoped Arrow had picked them. Why of all labels Kino? Ugh. Here's hoping they don't **** it up. I'm calling it now, they probably won't include the Italian track.

Kino got the rights to the new Diabolik movies last year, so this was probably part of the deal as well.

Even if this doesn't have the Italian track, I'm sure Eagle will put out a version that does.

Ah, so that's why the Italian release of the 3rd movie didn't have English subtitles.

Glad to have a Diabolik upgrade....though if they release the new Diaboliks I will probably skip, I didnt think they were that good. Danger is a product of its time and you cant recreate that.

I like this one, if it has the Italian audio I’ll definitely upgrade.

“i really need the dub in a language that the actor doesnt speak if im going to upgrade a top five bava movie” is certainly a thought that i cant believe people have. let alone say out loud.

john philip law - american
marisa mell - austrian
michel piccoli - french

yep. it sure would be better to have them dubbed by different actors so you can try and impress someone for watching it “in the original italian”

i fell for it and bought the scream factory blu. but i would happy upgrade to see some of those bava sets in UHD

The first one (of the new Italian films) was decent I thought, but I was disappointed with the second one (Ginko Attacks). Haven't seen the third one. Worth seeing?
