Looking for the name of a serial killer movie - Blu-ray Forum

Can't give much info. It's from the 80's or 90's. And the killer does painting of his victims. I have no idea who's in it, All I really remember is the paintings were fantastic.

The only thing that comes to my mind is a Tales From The Crypt TV episode called "Easel Kill Ya". Season 3 Episode 8. It's about a man who sells dark paintings which leads him to murdering people and painting them while they die. It stars Tim Roth and fits your description perfectly.

It's not a tales from the crypt, it's a DTV movie. Came out around the start of Pay Per View.
