You'll have more luck asking this in the custom covers thread. There is at least one or two members that offer this service, though I am uncertain if they are accepting new business at this time. (I'd tell you their names but at the moment I can't remember them... I do know at least one member advertises this service in their sale thread in the trade forum though.)
