im surprised i couldnt find another thread about this release, am i the only one who is really looking forward to this? more classic cheese from Shout Factory's 'Roger Corman's Cult Classics' series, cant wait to get my hands on this.

Race Death 2000 Blu-ray Review.

Dammit. Why do we keep getting screwed over for our audio on our low-budget classics (this movie along with the Troma ones)?.

There is no reason why I shouldn't be able to hear a full engine roar in lossless when buying a Blu-ray...especially in 2010 when you think studios have gotten their act together. What we probably get is heavily compressed audio with poor dynamics. This movie is fully of throaty engine sounds, crowd cheering, and probably some music and such and I would like to hear this in the best quality available, especially since I am a motor fan and think this movie is a masterpiece for a movie of it's kind.

Pisses me off to no end. This movie is only half in HD, DONT PAY FULL PRICE FOR IT. Not buying until it gets to $10 or less. This movie deserves way more.

The Corman Collection is Region-A "locked". At least the first batch of titles was.

Thank you. That's a shame, I was looking forward to getting this but it looks like I may have to settle for the DVD edition seeing that it doesn't look like Shout! Factory will be releasing these titles outside the US.
