Help! What are these horror movies?

I can only remember tiny bits and cant recall what the movies were called or anything. Sorry details are vague, was hoping someone might know what I am talking about though.

1- A man (detective I think) was in a graveyard and a giant snake was there with him. Snake was black and it wasnt like "oh theres a snake" it was shown as foreboding, or evil maybe.

2- A couple live in this house and its haunted. One of them has like a rack with knives on it hanging in the kitchen and the rack turns and a knife falls out cutting their hand. In another scene a person is down in their basement and is held against the wall by something, and a floating pitchfork like stabs him in the stomach and pulls his guts out. I think another scene something blows the pilot out on their stove.

3- A couple with a child, maybe 2 children, live or are staying in this house in the country a little. I remember the woman in the kitchen and you see two red eyes outside the window but she doesnt see them. I also think there was a glass jar with something like a fetus, or creature dead in it they found.

Also happens in Amityville Horror, but she sees the red eyes and it's not the kitchen.

I remember that in critters. My mind seems to remember it being a different setting though and movie, but of course I saw it like when I was like 12 for the first time when it came out so my memory might be tainted over the years.
