What got me interested in the Criterion edition was the unique artwork (style). But that is lost here.

I said this before but...

This UK release would have the old UK disc I would imagine which is inferior to the Criterion disc and the newer German amaray disc. I would think the German steelbook (same as this) would have the newer German disc too.

Hope Im wrong and it would be interesting to see what disc we get with this.

Thought so. So its the newer German disc (same transfer as Criterion) which means its better than the UK disc. So anyone thinking about the Zavvi should go for the German really unless you already have the Criterion.
