Default Do you buy movies you don't like, for their historical significance?

Title is self-explanatory. I sometimes get the desire, to purchase movies I don't actually like that much. That probably sounds weird, but if the movie has special historical significance, I consider buying it.

The Wizard of Oz is an example, for me. I pretty much hate that movie, but like the potential it had, and LOVE Wicked, so I got it on blu-Ray. Another one is Gone with the Wind. To be fair, I like that a lot more than Wizard of Oz, but I don't envision myself watching any more than 2 times before I die (am 30 now) so it's not exactly a top favorite either, lol.

There are a few other movies that in the long run really weren't that amazing but I may get based on its nostalgic factor. I feel like I've become a lot less conservative with my movie library, and wonder if any of you have experienced this too?
