Why arent the Sega Classics on PS4 store yet?

These were on ps3,im shocked that I went to download such games as the classic genesis sonics,streets of rage games,but not available yet? Any reason why ?

Hopefully after Sega sees success with Sonic Mania, we'll get a Sega collection of not only the Megadrive/Genesis games, but also many of the Sega arcade games, Master System Games and more.

The Genesis Collection by Backbone development; would be nice to see that re-released soon for PS4. Those games are currently licensed to a classic plug and play console, so maybe that's holding things up if it's exclusive for a period of time.

The PS3 Genesis Collection I have running in my PS3 year round.
