This will make a great double feature with Hard Target.

I thought I'd read years ago on these forums that there were issues with this film, which is why it never got bumped up to Blu-ray. Whatever the case, I'm glad there's finally an upgrade.

Seems like an odd title to be released under the Scream Factory banner since it's not really horror or sci-fi. Either way, I've been wanting to revisit this so perfect timing.

I agree, but that's never stopped them from cheating with Carpenter's library.

This is definitely one of the poorer Most Dangerous Game adaptations, but even they have something to offer. I'm excited to revisit this for the Pacific Northwest scenery, eclectic cast and, as mentioned above, Busey's miraculous "Prince Henry Stout" monologue.

Day 1, needz it for my Rutger Hauer collection, besides being a fun film. Also goes good with Hard Target (1993).

Doesn't appear to be a special edition, but I can see Ernest Dickerson being involved considering what he did for Demon Knight, Juice, etc.
