Japan San Andreas (2015) -- is this different in Japan?

Back in December 2015, the American film San Andreas (2015), starring Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, was released on Blu-ray in Japan. I did not initally add these entries to the database, but I later added back covers, without looking at them very closely.

I don't know why I only saw it tonight, but for whatever reason, the Japanese releases do not appear to carry English: Dolby Atmos, and instead feature English: DTS-HD MA 7.1 audio. On all editions, the Japanese audio is the WHV standard Japanese: Dolby Digital 5.1, so this is not a simmilar situation to certain European BDs where Warner provides superior audio for the dubbed track:

Initially, you'd think "Well, it's a misprint", and that's exactly what I assumed, except for the fact that actual Japanese product also has the same specs as the above packshots, and at least one customer review on Amazon.co.jp appears to be complaining about the lack of Dolby Atmos. Doing some digging reveals that this film apparently faced some trouble in Japan due to the 2011 Tsunami, and it makes me wonder if the film, which Warner delayed at the last minute in Japan, was altered in any way prior to the Japanese release, such that a different audio mix, or possibly even cut footage is involved (though all versions seem to run 114 minutes). Strangely, Amazon is not currently stocking this title themselves, and I can't tell if that's due to recent events in Japan, or because WB just produced a very limited run of Japanese editions for this film. The forthcoming 4K UHD edition is still available to pre-order for a June 22nd, 2016 release date, and also remains in WHV Japan's release listing for the film.

The only other clue to this I have found is that it seems the Mainland China editions might be the same discs, because there is also a DTS-HD Master Audio logo on the back, but the only Mainland editions so far seem to be the HDZeta limited editions, and none of the Packaging/SteelBook nutters appear to have played the actual disc yet. Obviously, BDInfo is no help, because the editions sold in Hong Kong (2D and 3D) do have Atmos, so simply searching for a BDInfo scan with "Chinese" will bring up a scan with TruehD 7.1.

Can somebody with the Japanese (or possibly HDZeta/Mainland Chinese) release help me out, here? Inquiring minds, and all that...

Thanks!
