Help Please - Blu-ray Forum

I am going to purchase a new HDTV for my living room and i am not sure what to get. I think i have narrowed it down to three the Panasonic TH-42PX75U, Sony kdf46e3000 or the Samsung hlt5055w. The models listed were recommended by a friend of mine. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.

I wouldnt want to go with the samsung because it isnt 1080p
