When the marriage grows sour due to Flap's cheating, Emma eventually splits from him, returning to her mother, who is involved with a former astronaut (Jack Nicholson). Soon, Emma learns that she has terminal cancer. In the hospital, supported by Aurora, she tries to make peace with Flap and her children.

A little bit of grain management is definitely there on the 4K DV stream on iTunes but it is nowhere near the atrocious Ghost (Patrick Swayze).

Great movie with an emotional ending.

This has a pretty nice 1080p Blu-ray already, so may hold on for reviews instead of auto-upgrading this time.

Yea, found the 4k iTunes of this to be quite disappointing to the point of preferring the old master bluray. Hoping the UHD improves on that but based on other Paramount UHD’s most probably not.

Although Broadcast News is the apex of James L. Brooks's directorial career, Terms is a terrific movie in its own right. Excited for this to hit 4K UHD.

I know a lot of people online prefer Debra Winger's magnificent subtle work -

but Shirley MacLaine's Aurora is one of the greats, IMO. She makes the movie a classic, for me.

The film itself is so episodic, though. It moves so fast!

This is one of those weird cases with the fall of cable TV, it's no longer gonna be something that's always on somewhere! So I may grab it.

I got my 4K HD digital on itunes when I redeemed the codes from the Paramount 10 Best Pictures bluray box [one helluva deal, anything out on 4K redeemed on 4K and titles are upgraded by Paramount and itunes if a title comes out in 4K]

I love the movie but will wait for a low price.
