I purchased Manhattan S2 on Blu-Ray and redeemed through Vudu. Unfortunately, though it says "Digital HD" on the slip, it redeemed in SD. I didn't have this problem when I redeemed S1.
I opened a ticket with both Vudu and UV last Thursday. UV replied several times requesting receipts, scans of the redeem sheet, a screen shot of it in my library. After I provided everything, they then decided Vudu should handle it. Vudu didn't reply to my first ticket, nor to the new one created by UV. Is there a more effective way to get Vudu to do something? Opening a ticket no longer seems to do anything, and I didn't get what I paid for. I really only wanted the digital version and picked up disks because they were cheaper. Last edited by brentsg; 07-26-2016 at 03:04 PM. |
