I have a 65UB9500 that according to specs on sheet and taped phone call with LG should have all HDMI 2.0 inputs but only one that is HDCP 2.2 compliant. I am covered under Squaretrade warranty. They came out and replaced the motherboard but that did not solve the problem, so they swapped it back with the original. I need another 4K device, beyond my Roku 4, that proves its having handshake issues. I bought The Martian UHD and a Samsung UHD player to test it out before they came out but the problem is that the Samsung player will kick the resolution down to 1080p as well if there is a handshake issue except, there is no info/display button on the Samsung remote to show what resolution is being out putted. What device can I use to show my tv is messed up and I need a buyout from my warranty provider if they cannot fix because the tv wasn't manufactured properly?
