yep, that was enough to convince me to order the fullslip lenti version from kimchidvd. Cheaper shipping option than novamedia by a few bucks too.

Anyone know if the film is any good?
I blind-bought way too many Korean dvds years ago, and for every Oldboy, Bittersweet Life, Memories of Murder, Chaser or Foul King there were dozens of films that were merely average or rubbish.
I've been a bit more cautious in the Blu era (even more so now the pound is plummeting).

I too had a phase of blind-buying too many, so I can relate. I've seen a bunch of reviews saying that The Priests is good, but nobody seems to think it's particularly great. If you're looking for a great exorcism movie, I was really impressed by The Wailing (which got plenty of excellent reviews). It's not a conventional exorcism movie, but if you want conventional, why even look in Korea, right?

Ordered The Wailing the other day, lots of buzz about that one, plus the director has gained a deserved reputation.
The trouble with a lot of these Korean releases is that because of the limited amount made, you don't always get a lot of time to mull over whether they look any good before having to either buy them or let them disappear. Plus they're not cheap either.
I guess a film like this wont sell out that quick though, so might wait for more reviews.

I don't understand why anyone has to blind buy Korean movies these days? There are plenty of torrents, direct downloads and even streaming sites that show these movies with English subtitles, so you can preview it before you commit any money. I always watch them for myself before I buy them as I don't trust user reviews or even professional reviews to guide me to a potential purchase.
