Default Help with Videos App on iPhone

Recently, I noticed movies I've downloaded from the iTunes store, whether it was from digital copy codes or from me purchasing them directly from the iTunes store, have not been showing up in the Videos app on my iPhone. Usually the Videos app would contain all the iCloud movies from my iTunes library. I also checked to see if these recent purchases were hidden and they are not. I also know these arent the movies that magically disappeared from the iTunes store like a few weeks ago, like with Birdman and How To Train Your Dragon, the movies Inhave missing include Rush and The Huntsman: Winters War. I also went into settings and made sure to check if "Show all iTunes purchases" was highlighted and it is. I also force closed the Videos app to see if that would help and it didn't. Is anybody else experiencing this issue? Any other solutions you can think of. I'm not sure if this issue also applies to tv shows since I haven't downloaded any tv shows as of late.

Another question I have, which is kinda related to this, does anybody stream their iCloud titles straight from the Videos app on the iPhone and/or iPad? If so, do you know if they still utilize your storage space when doing so. I know in the past, when you streamed a movie or a tv show straight from iCloud, it would take up your iPhone and/or iPad storage space and there would be no way to get rid of that space unless if you factory reset the phone. The taken up storage space would be labeled as "Other" when plugged into an iTunes. I know this has been an ongoing issue and I think Apple knows about it but I'm not sure if they have resolved this issue. A workaround is obviously downloading the movie and or tv show and then deleting it (which is what ive been doing for a while but not what i really want to do) instead of streaming it but obviously, I'd prefer to stream it. So does anybody stream their media content and do you know if it still takes up storage space?

Any help with these 2 issues would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
