I have been collecting blu-rays since I purchased my first PS3 on release day way back when. Since this year I have been buying more and more digital copies here at blu-ray.com because they are so inexpensive. I've discovered quite a few great movies that way that I would have otherwise never considered at $20 a pop.
Here is my issue: iTunes makes sense to me. You enter a code, it shows up as redeemed, and you play it directly from itunes. Simple. UV - There seems to be a "UV locker" which stores your licenses(?) for all your UV movies, but then you have to pick one of a whole bunch of different companies to redeem your movie with? And different movies seem to redeem on different services with no way to know what service they will redeem on before hand? I have 10 movies on UV but I am getting frustrated because I have to login to different services to get the different movies to play. Is that normal? Can I move all of my UV movies to one service? What is the most popular / stable service? I have an x-box one. Is there a more popular UV service that people use with that? Why was UV set up this way? Thanks for teaching me. |
