Default Hi! New here~

Hi guys, just wanna introduce myself here. I'm from Singapore and has owned a ps3 since launch which automatically mean that I've been a big bluray fan since inception! However due to me being a student I usually get games over bluray first (with exception of quality movies like the upcoming transformers?)

I've been to this site almost religiously since then to check on the news and discussion but only decided to join now since I have no better hd forums to go to.

Actually, HD is not really that big in my country and they even sell dvd almost the same price as the US bluray counter parts which is ridiculous. The bluray sold here is also crazy expensive. However, I'm glad bluray won and I've made the right decision!

Bluray all the way!

Many Blu Ray vendors like Amazon.com and Tower.com ship movies to other countries. However, I can't tell you anything about customs and shipping rates.

There's no tax for imported goods in SG. S/He'd have to pay the shipping of course. What's not clear is the kinds of movies s/he is allowed to import.

o.O that's good to hear. I'm looking forward to importing future titles then since after importing I'll get a better deal than getting from the overpriced hmv. (planet earth costs a ridiculous $139 sg here -.-)
