Seems like Severin is getting some old Scorpion/Code Red releases.

I wonder if they'll do Murder Rock, Conquest, The Sect, or Sleepless?

I think I would want an Arrow or Synapse of Conquest, because I think they're the only ones who could probably do it and not have compression probs.

I waited on Severin's release of The Psychic, figured I'd pick it up during Black Friday. Now I'll likely be ordering that, Cemetery Man (if it's released) and The Church. The chances of those three together exceeding $200 is high.

I intend to find out promptly. Severin, first out of the gate with The Church 4k and Count Dracula (1970) 4k, and now with their own restoration of Zombie Holocaust 4k trailing 88 Films' very nice release of that title, are certainly earning themselves a tidy little sum of my November entertainment dollars this year.

Severin, please go easy on the pushed skin tones, and please give some extra attention to the encodes on these titles. The ball is in your court. It would be fantastic if each of these releases were definitive.

Shameless have this? They also have Cemetery Man, correct? Maybe Severin are doing all Shameless titles this BF.

I'm not excited about having to spend $60 on this release, but it's one of my favorite horror films ever. That opening massacre set to Philip Glass immediately lets you know that you're in for something special.

It looked quite good, but the major failing was the audio being a downmix. It was stereo on the deluxe edition. I believe the standard was mono but also a downmix. I'd expect Severin to have done a new restoration on the audio for this film so that should be fixed here.

Am I the only one that finds the film kind of meh? Don't get me wrong, it definitely has a lot going for it, the imagery is striking and that track from Philip Glass is great. I just think that it starts out promising enough only to meander for the rest of the movie, nothing really comes together and you can tell it started out as a Demons 3 movie, only for them to change that.
I'm kind of hoping one the secret titles is The Sect. Now, that one I love.
