It might in fact be the newly edited version which replaced the original flashback scenes with the refilmed scenes from Rise of the Lucans. If so, this is the only way to get it since it hasn't been released on disc.

But, I don't know for sure yet.

That would be a hard "No". Google Play movies are not UV enabled.
