Starring Tyler Perry and someone named Bella Thorne

Never seen a Medea movie and I never will but I guess this is happening.

Also, from what I've read, the Halloween Madea idea was a joke in Chris Rock's Top Five, but Lionsgate found the idea so good they actually pitched it Perry and here it now is.

I've only seen a few of Tyler Perry's films, but I liked them for the most part. Its been quite a while, though; I think "Meet the Browns" was my last one of his in theaters. Overall, I enjoy the character, and the messages he puts forward.

And wait, Bella Thorne is in this?!

Now, maybe it's just my ignorance, as I've never seen a Madea movie...but I thought T. Perry doesn't cast white people? I thought his films were all black actors.

OK, that trailer made me laugh...mostly because I always loved it when Madea lost her temper. She could take a lot, up to a point...but you better run once she had enough.

His Christmas movie had a Alicia Witt/Chad Michael Murray subplot, as well as a Kathy Najimy/Larry The Cable Guy subplot.

Anyway, this teaser alone is hilarious! Madea shooting at trick-or-treaters. Amazing.

No. Some of them half the cast is white. The Family That Preys, Madea Christmas, and Single Moms Club anyway. The ones with a bunch of white people seem to do the worse at the box office though.

I always thought they should do a Madea Halloween movie. Just follow the Ernest films. Should have called this Madea Scared Stupid. I quite liked Madea Christmas and Single Moms Club. They were enjoyable. I'll check this one out. I love Halloween stuff.

I've never seen a Madea movie and have never had any interest, but that little teaser was kind of charming. I'd watch it when it hits HBO or NetFlix.
