Need a receiver with decoded 7.1 Analog output, and possibly no amplifiers

Hello all,

The studio I work in is already set up with amplifiers and is tuned for 7.1 already. We mix movies in here. However, we'd like the option to watch Blu-ray discs in here as well with the 7.1 audio. In addition, our machine room could do without the heat of a receiver with a bunch of amps built into it. Is there something out there that would meet these specs?

You also could do an Oppo 105 and a five channel amp with no preamp.

yep and the 105 also has 2 HDMI inputs so you can connect two hi-def a/v devices to it and control the volume via it's analog output volume control.
