Question about Optoma HD70

I have a question for the group, I have a Mitsubishi 73 inch Rear Projection tv in our theater room. it is about 6 years old and has an issue with the DLP chip causing it to have dead pixels, and show white and black dots all over the screen, it will cost more to fix it than the tv is worth so I will be getting another newer TV down the road but we are not in a position to drop 1-2K on a TV currently.

I have come across someone selling a Optoma HD70 projector with fairly low hours for 115.00 its 1000 Lumens I believe and only does 720, but would be decent for watching movies and playing games on until I get another big TV, Anyone have any experience with the HD70? I know there were some issue with overheating at one time, is it worth the 115.00? should I get it?
