Default Atmos on VuDu

I have a Dolby Vision LG Oled TV and a Dolby Atmos surround connected to it. Just recently bought a few Dolby Vision/Atmos titles on VuDu but I cant figure out how to get audio in Atmos...All my receiver displays is Dolby Surround with no option for Dolby Atmos...Is there a way to enable Atmos on these Dolby Vision/Atmos titles on VuDu?
Thanks!

Seems LG 2016 TVs doesn't support Dolby Atmos over ARC.

From what I've read, the Chromecast Ultra does Atmos (for Vudu) but does NOT do Dolby Vision (for any app) yet.. So someday.

What I dont understand is how VuDu put this product together before even figuring out how to make it accessible to its customers.
If you advertise a product as being Dolby Vision + Dolby Atmos you also have to provide the means for customers to use that product...I'm confused

Clearly they wanted to be the first to market.. and they were but the hardware folks were not working with them at the same time. ARC originally was designed to replicate optical audio so legacy Dolby Digital, DTS & 2ch PCM. This was how ARC was implemented on most (TV) hardware.

However they gave the ARC channel with 100mbit of bandwidth so it could 8ch PCM no problem as well as compressed things like TrueHD/Atmos, DTS-HD MA/DTS:X. Now all the hardware mfgs are trying to catch up and make the ARC port capable for those things.

I am less clear how most receivers are able to handle this because I figured they would have the same issue of TV mfgs but it seems not.

Even my old Vizio would pass Atmos and DTS via ARC
