I've seen other peoples Avatar and some are really large. I've tried opening a photograph inside Microsoft paint. and then used the Resize function. I tried shrinking it by % going down 10% until I was under the 19.5kb size or the 150x150. when I use Paint and save the picture after resizing I see artifacts in the photo. yet other users have large clear Avatars.
what are people using the shrink their photos or Cartoons so they don't get compression artifacts Thank You Ryan |
