Honestly, MMPR is the best one, followed by In Space.

The Power Rangers nowadays are so corny...they morph with sunglasses...lol...

I won't be buying this garbage.

Saban bought the rights back to power rangers and teamed up with Nick to give us Samurai and Super Samurai. These 2 seasons are the closest thing to MMPR as far as current seasons go.

They are really good and capture the spirit of the old seasons IMO better then the current one's have. I'd check them out for sure.

You're entitled to your opinion but I disagree. I think a lot of the people who complain about the recent seasons are looking back at the old seasons with rose tinted glasses. Power Rangers has never been badass, its always been corny and fun and thats why I loved it back then and still do now.

Probably but I'll try it just to see. I've always been curious of the other shows but I never bothered because I didn't think I'd like them.

No lossless audio, just a forewarning. I honestly don't get why they would release a later season and not the first

Really surprised that the first Power Rangers-related show on Blu-ray is not the movies or the classic MMPR. Sure, Super Samurai was shot in HD versus MMPR, but is anyone really watching that would buy this? Give us the G1 series (even upscaled) and that's a whole different can of worms.

Default Power Rangers Super Samurai Coming to Blu-ray Dec 4th

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Pow...i-Season/17482

looks like complete season 2 will be out dec 4th on bluray. don't say nothing about if season 1 is coming though. also from the looks of the info posted on tvshowsondvd audio won't be dts-hd master audio or dobly true hd just dd 5.1. but at least it will be the first 1080p power rangers release.

Isn't this being released by a subsidiary of Lionsgate? They are known for releasing Blu-rays with lossless audio.

yes this season is by Lionsgate gate them selfs same as the dvds for season 1 were. i cant say for sure there wont be hd audio but just going by the info posted on tvshowsondvd it says dd 5.1 although that could just be the info for the dvd release. hoping it will have dts hd master audio.

tbh i have fround samurai to be a pretty boring season of pr id much rather be getting old seasons on bluray but i dobut will ever see that. still probly going to order it just to have something power rangers on bluray senes fox is in no hurry to put the movies out.

Give me the original MMPR and ZEO on Blu and it will be a done deal. As crazy as this sounds, I will continue to hold out for a Blu-ray release. I know SHOUT! just released a box set with either the original MMPR/other seasons, but I would prefer SHOUT! put in the extra effort in creating HD copies for the original sereies along with updating the special effects. Btw, does anyone have the box set.

if it's not MMPR I am not interested at all. I've been trying to track down the DVD set just released, but if this is any indication that maybe they will release it on Blu, I may just hold on for a minute.
