Tales of Mystery and Imagination-Alan Parsos Bluray

I purchased Tales of Mystery and Imagination Bluray and the disk was defective so I exchanged it on Amazon however I have the same problem with the replacement disk.

There are two audio formats available, one being LPCM and also a DTS HD MA 5.1. The LPCM plays fine but the DTS track sort of skips and also cuts out. I have numerous Blurays that play flawlessly, and I'm running a high end Denon receiver with a Sony Bluray player. Oh, andno problems with any other DTS discs!

Any thoughts?

I would love to have this in my BD-A collection. Big Alan Parsons fan. Sounds to me like this disc may need to be pulled until they can resolve the Audio issues. If returned once before, and still having problems with the replacement disc, I would say there is a problem with the way they laid down the DTS Master Audio codec. You should be able to check on-line about flaws with the Audio on this disc. Hopefully someone else on this website will chime in with some info about this disc. Really do hope this issue is resolved soon, as I want this disc myself.

I have the disc... runs fine, no issues. Heard some sounds musically I never heard before and I've known, had and played that album in pretty much all of its formats since its inception. Ran it off the 4K Samsung BD player. Very cool disc.

I played the 5.1 version today and it played fine on Oppo BDP-93. Please ensure the firmware is up to date. I once had issues with Rush - 2112 blu-ray, but after updating the firmware, issue was resolved.
