Default Help with new dedicated audio system

Hi everyone,
I looking to set up a new dedicated sound system specifically for listening to music. I dont have much in terms of gear so so but I have recently purchased a turntable and it will serve as my starting point. Im not very knowledgeable regarding audio equipment so please go easy one me

Turntable - Pioneer PLX-500 (has built in preamp)

What I am looking at purchasing:
Amplifier
2x speakers
1x subwoofer

I would obviously like to have the turntable hooked up to the amplifier. I suppose phono input isnt required as I am able to switch between line/phono output on my turntable. However, I was wondering if I would get a noticeable boost in sound quality if I used the preamp in the amplifier. I would also like the capability to play digital audio files (either via connection to a laptop or hard drive). I may also like to add a CD player down the line. Im looking to spend no more than $500 right now on the amplifier.
This is what has caught my eye so far:

PS AUDIO SPROUT
Onkyo A-9010 (can I connect the SUB through the line out?)
CAMBRIDGE AUDIO AZUR 351A (w/o phono input - if I can find one...)

I havent starting looking into speakers yet but I will accept any suggestions! (under $1000 for the trio)

Thanks for the help!
