Default Laptop USB port repair questions

I have an Acer Aspire laptop (Windows 7) that has all of its USB ports broken due to the "take and wreck" older sibling abusing it when she was using it, yet didn't use the desktop she had (which got a virus but I fixed and is now in my possession) due to the cheapo monitor hurting her eyes, a whole 'nother can of worms I don't want to get into now.

The thing is even though its supposedly an easy fix, I don't have time to do it myself and a new unit of out of the question for now due to low reserves (plus I also want to hold on to the Win 7 units as long as possible till the support drops in 2020 and the issues of 10 are all sorted out, then i'll go intel i7 and 16gbs of ram for both desktop and lappy). I plan on having the USB repairs done at a local PC repair shop (they have free estimates) but before I go further, I would like to know from people that have brought theirs before what the average price ranges are for a USB repair/replace. If the job can be done under $100 that I can shell out rather than $400 for a Win 10 unit that I don't have now.

As I said, I know its an easy job that most people can do themselves, but I don't have as much time as I'd like due to career goals and I don't want to screw it up and have more components go wrong with it.
