Yes!! Thank you Shout Factory . This film is grossly underrated.

I imported the Aussie BD with serviceable PQ. If Shout can come up with a better transfer all the better.

My dumb story: I was 10 or 11 when I first heard about The Seventh Seal revered as one of the greatest films of all time, and I got the titles confused and thought they were talking about The Seventh Sign.

One of my favourite 80s films, an extremely underrated and atmospheric religious horror thriller. "The fourth horseman still rides!"

One of the best of the religiously themed horror films of the 70s/80s and more thoughtful than most. Demi Moore is very good in the lead, I think it’s still my favorite performance of hers. You can see why she became a star soon after. Underrated movie.

I have the Australian Blu-ray of this. Dated transfer, doesn’t look too great.

Another flipper DVD I still need to retire. Most excellent!

Somehow I doubt the Blu-ray will offer both versions though, Side A (Widescreen) and Side B (Pan & Scan). Might be a deal breaker.

Already has a very good Australian blu ray which is region free. Why not dig into the weirder sony catalogue titles.

It’s not that good when watched on a large display due this obviously being a dated master. This needs a new transfer and if it gets one, I’ll double dip for this release.

Is this a joke? She rarely gives interviews for these kind of things let alone and old film she did

The Australian edition also have a lossy Dolby track which I’m positive Shout will improve upon.

I think I saw this in the mid 90's, but I don't remember it being all that good.
