Did Doctor Who: The Complete Second Series ever actually get released?

I pre-ordered it on Amazon.ca and today I received a notice that my order was cancelled and that the set is not going to be available. I noticed on Amazon.com now it is also no longer available.

Any info on this would be much appreciated.

Nope, no release, no official reason why, and no rescheduling.

IIRC, the thread on the main board speculated it was something like issues with the pressing plant or something, but I don't know if that was ever confirmed.

Hope it get's rescheduled. Would really suck to have been sucked into buying the other releases on Blu-Ray just for them to trash the idea of releasing the last 3 series.

I've pretty much given up on Doctor Who series 1-4 BDs.
