AV Preamp just took a dump! Help!

I am replacing my preamp (Outlaw Audio 950).

What's important to me:

- Absolute true bypass for two channel listening
- Ability to apply or not analog bass management in two channel
- 7.1 analog inputs / outputs
- At least 2 HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs

What I'd like is to keep the above features and add atmos.

Here's the clincher... I'd like to stay under $1500.00

As we consider, pure audio sound quality will trump all other features for me.
