Anyway to find out why someone suspended?

I had a deal going on with someone and want to know why they're suspended because I cannot message them to complete the deal as I sent them money.

I'd PM a moderator like Blu Titan or neoz and explain that you sent that person money and then they got suspended before the deal was done. They might at least be able to tell you when that person will be back.
