So who is it? 9? 10? 11? The War Doctor?

Excluding 12 until he regenerates. I like to give a doctor a full cycle before I determine my thoughts.

Nine was around too little, ten way too long and The War Doctor was a wasted opportunity.

Eleven on the other hand is easily the best Doctor since Jon Pertwee.

Eccleston. Never really liked Tennant and Smith started really well but ended up awfully annoying. Hurt hardly counts.

Matt Smith. He brought so much humor in the show and letting go of 10 was hard for me and I thought I would hate 11. However, Smith made it hard to hate him for replacing 10 after the Fish Fingers and Custard incident.

So I'm not the world's biggest fan of Doctor Who, but I have at least seen The Day Of The Doctor 50th Anniversary Special in which I thought that the War Doctor played by John Hurt was absolutely awesome so he gets my vote

Ten, easily. Nine was my first Doctor, and what got me to give the series a chance, but Ten brought it to a new level for me. I couldn't stand Eleven, and I wouldn't really count The War Doctor.
