Merge feature unavailable at myuv.com - Blu-ray Forum

I need to merge two UV accounts. When I went to do it, it says the feature is unavailable. This is the first time I've ever actually gone to that page. Has that feature ever worked? Anyone successfully merged two account? If so, hopefully the feature will be back very soon.

It used to. I used to merge stuff all the time to get multiple discounts. I haven't done it for about a year though.

uvvu.com/myuv.com is going through a revamp. Probably something to do with it and temporary.

Still unavailable. Does it usually take a few months to go through a revamp? It's annoying having both a new and old account.

Available under Library Settings and has been for at least a month (I merged libraries in early December) (Checked with both FireFox and IE)

I've been checking at least once a week since my original post and have never seen it enabled.

merge is still disabled, uvvu support sends me an email once a month that reads:

We apologize for the delay. The Merge function through UltraViolet is still disabled. Regrettably, we have not been given a time frame when this will be re enabled.

We will notify you with an update.

and they refuse to provide any more details.

I haven't posted in forever here and I wanted to come here for the same reason. I am so happy that I can now access my entire collection through one device again. And since moving the collection from Flixster video to Vudu, some of my titles have ported over special features which is quite nice.
