It's a Plaion release. Anime Limited and Plaion have acquired the home video rights to LAIKA's catalogue for UK, France, Italy, Germany, Benelux, Spain and Portugal.

Do you have a press release or something confirming this? Not that I doubt you I just need official work because I wonder if that means the UHD discs may have Castillian Spanish like Arcane.

Each title will be available on both 4K UHD & Blu-ray Limited Edition Steelbook (limited to 2,000 copies each across all retailers), as well as Standard Edition Blu-ray. Pre-orders are open now in the United Kingdom, Ireland and France, and will also be available in Italy, Germany, Benelux, Spain, and Portugal through PLAION PICTURES.

It's still a mystery to me. Since nothing has been announced here at all. Arcane didn't release here either although they discs have Castillian Spanish.

PLAION PICTURES doesn't exist in Spain, by the way; Plaion exists here but the video game part only.

Still need confirmation, which will take a while but them having the rights for Spain even if it doesn't release here tells me that the discs will have Spain Spanish.

Sorry for bumping this thread, but does anyone know if these Laika European 4K releases are the same in every country?

Do they it include all extras from the US 4K releases?

The few info/pictures I saw of these showed the details and localised title on the outside of the packaging appears to be printed on a bit of cardboard placed on top of the steelbook, which made me wonder if this release is exactly the same, even in terms of packaging/printing, for all European territories.

Hopefully that's the case, since with a few titles out of stock or sold out in certain places, I may need to buy some from Italy, some from Germany, (...), so it would be nice not to have each title in a different language.

I got the UK release of ParaNorman today and the audio and subtitles are the same as the US release. The extras are also the same. Both disc open with the All the Anime-logo and the Blu-ray is coded region B only.
