Cool Add on apps for headphone converters and retro optical formats

I heard many 4K+3D discs have dynamic lasers that can change enough of its features (frequency, thickness, wavelength, disc rotation speed, etc , ) where it can play any format you can get a player to understand. More home players have additional apps, so why can't either standalone 4k+3d movie players, Xboxes, and PlayStations handle these formats?

1. HD DVD: they are at least 720p/1080i. There's nothing wrong with the discs or 360 add on physically. It's just a nuisance to hook up the 360 add on just for 2 hours, plus move my 360 and cables , just to watch in the big media room. Is there a "red player" app for Xbox One or any brand stand alone movie player? Could there be one such app made "in theory"?

2. VCD, I've got a couple movies on VCD-R. Evrn though it's easier to transfer those 2 to DVD-R, are there any existing apps?

3. CD-G. i found a CD-G at a thrift store, and on but the Xbox One and the Sony 4K+3D, it has Gracenote info,. AND blocks out the graphics track. Any way to but the Graphics track back on?

Maybe with a 16 x 9. 12x9 of the 16x9 can be the graphics track. And the remaining 4x9 can be Gracenote info.

4. Closed Captions. Despite what Xbox says, the movie player does not play closed Captions. Unless I play it through a stand alone DVD hooked up to my CRT TV, the embedded closed Captions, regardless of whether it's mass produced or uniquely recorded on DVD-R, do not show up using the Xbox One S. Nor does Dish Network CCs show up unless pumped through a CRT TV, but a DVD-R recoding on a digital OTA channel does have CCs show up on Xbox one and my HDTV, but I don't know if a disc gold's it or not when burnt, even though a 1978 Betamax can retroactive hold test CCs from a one time broadcast of Return of the King on ABC, and a Betamax wasn't designed to capture hidden info if doesn't understand.

5. DTS 5.1->X Headphone App for Xbox One, Dolby Pro-Logic-> 7.1 Headphone app, and LPCM headphone app for Xbox One, Wii U and Switch:. If Xbox can have a Dolby Atmos Headphone that works poorly on older Dolbyas well as DTS and LPCM, somebone should make up the difference, plus have different settings for default soundapp mode being "best headphone match"? And the headphone port is surround in the Wii U game pad and Switch in handheld mode, but what about Wii U in Wiimote mode, and Switch in docked and communal monitor modes?
