Don't know too much about the film but that Scottish Terrier looks like he's coming off a crystal meth binge.

LOL. Its a great movie and would be worth the blind buy if you like dogs and/or Wes Anderson's other movies.

He’s voiced by Bryan Cranston, so it was probably Blue Sky. Seriously though, it’s my favorite film of the year. I’ll probably get the slipcovered release.

"I bite".....but I don't know if I can bite this price with that artwork. It's not bad but it could have been so much better. This movie had so many great posters. Wonderful movie but I might wait to see if this goes on sale like the Fantastic Mr. Fox did.

I never got to see this film (never had the time).

Is it really steelbook worthy?

Scotty looks way more badass than WOLFCOP. I'll get it for sure.

My whole family loved this movie. It's hyper-Wes Anderson style, and really touching. It's worthy of a steelbook--but not this one. Something much better.

I went ahead and preordered this one, Wes Anderson sells really well and if this doesnt come state side it should be worth quite a bit o would suspect this selling out fairly quickly. However there is a listing on EBay for a 4K steelbook. I have searched and haven't found a thing on a 4K steelbook release. Can anyone comment on a release that would be 4K and steelbook format?

Edit: as mentioned above about fantastic mr fox. I didn't know it was still available, maybe this isn't as limited as they would want you to believe.

This will probably be around for a while. It's a multi-country WWA steelbook, and not a very attractive one. And it's a movie that most Americans, at least, don't know exists (I don't know if it was bigger in other parts of the world).

It's only region 2 like Fantastic Mr Fox, so it might- main difference is Fox came out years after the film release, where as this was immediate

Hmmm, personally I like the art. I get bored of looking at photoshop art too often. Heard/read good things about this movie.

I think it's gorgeous and fits well with the tone of the film; even though I've stopped collecting steelbooks, this one is a no-brainer for me.

Awww... actually prefer this minimalist artwork compared to the standard release with fifty thousand dogs on it. I do get it is Isle of Dogs, which has thousands of dogs on it...

Basically pre-ordered this one instantly - my favourite movie of 2018 so far still...

Just check and saw the new date listed on the website. When did the release date change?
