I'm worried if 2.35:1 movies has been cropped to 1.85/1.78:1. The specs don't list aspect ratio. So how do I tell if I am purchasing a good version of the movie?

Sorry wasn't asking to preview how good a movie is, but whether the digital version has been bastardized like cropping the aspect ratio.
I guess maybe I can complain and get a refund from Amazon. |

Yes Amazon customer service is really good in that regard. The film being in the wrong aspect ratio is a valid reason to ask for a refund, although I doubt there are many in the wrong aspect ratio to begin with.
