Caught this last night and I have to say, it's an instant Disney classic! From start to finish, the animation was breathtaking, the characters were fun and the songs were just terrific. Disney Animation has been on an incredible streak the past few years and "Frozen" is another example of their quality work.

This is really good to hear. I loved Tangled but was pretty unsure about how this one would turn out.

Does Amazon usually have $5 coupons for modern Disney films coming to Blu-Ray?

Went ahead and pre-ordered since that's a decent price for 3D + digital + music.

Also got Brave and Tangled today at Best Buy for $16.99 with the free Frozen movie tickets. Can't wait to take my daughter to her very first movie in the theater!

Agreed, just got back from seeing this and it was really good. Top notch animation & music. Story was predictable but overall a great movie

There's a thread on Amazon & DMR coupons for Disney titles in the Deals forum. The short answer: There used to be, but the most recent Amazon coupons seem to have been on catalog titles only (The Jungle Book, Mary Poppins).

Although I have to wait until January to see it, I already pre-ordered it as it has received fantastic reviews and I'm sure it won't disappoint me. Can't wait!

Saw this tonight and I'd put it right next to Tangled.
Great visually, and the songs were infectiously fun. Worth seeing in 3D for sure. Most of all it's very funny. Personally I thought it wasn't quite as good as mermaid, beast, Aladdin or Lion king, I would definitely put it along-side Pocahontas, tangled, Hercules, Tarzan or hunchback.

I loved it. Excellent use of 3D. The German guy made me LOL. I wish i had Elsa's power but everyone else would be screwed since i would make it snow all the time.

I wonder if they will wait till holiday season 2014 to release this, seeing as this has almost a xmasy theme to it.

Nah..

I'm assuming it'll come out at the end of March.

Perfect time for Easter gifts.

I did want to pre-order it on Amazon, but all of my Disney slips have come ruined. So I'll just get it from best buy on release day.

My guess:

3D cover won't be lenticular.
Unsure if the Digital Copy is going to be iTunes, but I hope so.

2D version cover

3D version cover

I know what you mean. sadly I don't have that option... so I'll have to order with amazon.

Does anyone know why the 3D version states that there are 2 cuts of the film? Are we getting an extended version, or is this simply preliminary information?
