Watched last night + the first commentary. Impressive release. Great that they have added two additional extras over the already packed Twilight release.

Good news and more reasonable alternative to the twilight time release

Great to hear samdvd1! Do you do reviews, because you get the discs early? And if so, where can I read them?

Hi roguejp. Sent you a PM

Anyway, should say that I finished up all the extras this morning! The two new interviews are welcome additions. Though it does take Christian Roberts a few minutes to find his stride, I enjoyed his patter and his memories.

Could do with his comeback film, the terrific thriller Deadly Pursuit getting a UK release. In the US, where it's known as Shoot to kill, Disney have the rights. It's out there in HD digital form, just needs committing to physical format, preferably a BD-50 with some decent extra's while the people that made the movie are still with us

Just got around to purchasing this release from Indicator/PH. After 10 Rillington Place I figured they know what they are doing with their releases. Just checked it out and wasn't disappointed. Even though this is only a 2K scan (unlike the 4k for 10RP) it looks fantastic and is the best I've seen this film on a home release. Depth, black levels and clarity are terrific and there's a nice level of grain that makes the transfer look like a film print. It might be my imagination but this looks like quite a step up IMO from the previous ViaVision Entertainment/Madman release. Some nice special features included and of course a small booklet. The only slight niggle for me is the reversible cover is pretty much identical except with a different tagline and no BBFC rating present anywhere on the front, back or spine. I suppose that's good for overseas collectors but I was hoping they would choose one of the different posters that were around at the time. There was more than one. Other than that, a great release.
