I thought what better time then now to start this one:

Seeing as how Covenant has a 10 day lead ahead of Wimpy Kid financially.

With Covenant's Budget @ only $111 million will it make enough to warrant sequel??

A family road trip to attend Meemaw’s 90th birthday party goes off course--thanks to Greg’s newest scheme to (finally!) become famous.

The Diary of a Wimpy Kid reboot (it's being advertised as the start of a new series rather than following Dog Days) is really nothing more than an excuse for Fox to hold onto the rights. If they really wanted it to be a moneymaker, they wouldn't have put it out against another one of their films.

So Alien should open to more money but they'll likely make more Diary of a Wimpy Kid movies for DVD.
