Default Help with amp.

So I like to watch TV and movies into the early morning but I don't want to wake my neighbors up. I want to use headphones but nothing has a headphone jack. TV, blu ray player, 4k BD player, soundbar nothing. I don't want to fork out money for a big amp just so I can use headphones. Is there a smaller cheaper option I can use?

Rather than an amp, you could also try something like this:

If your TV has bluetooth you could use a pair of bluetooth headphones.
