Default Vikings season 5 volume 2 region A availability?

Sorry I'm new here and don't know where this question should go. I have all of the Viking seasons on Blu-ray, but it seems Season 5 volume 2 is not available for region A players. Any chance it will become available one day and any explanation on why they made this particular season / volume unavailable to the U.S. market? I'd even buy them on DVD if that's the only way I could obtain it. Physical media is the only way I can watch T.V. since I'm not into paying for multiple subscription services to watch different shows. I feel like I may end up selling all of the other seasons and stop watching the show altogether if I'm going to have a gap in the collection.

Unless like all the other Fox-released shows it goes to DVD-R like the recent ones (minus Simpsons) have been. Since it's MGM, maybe there's a chance and they get somebody other than 20th Century Mouse to release their products or something.

They also used to care about American Horror Story, until they didn't. Fox didn't make the show, MGM did and MGM just had Fox as their hv distributor. Now that that's gone to Disney, maybe MGM is going to use somebody else who will release it, and keep it on BD because there's no guarantee with Fox even before Disney bought them that they'd continue BD for anything. If they stay with Fox, it'd be a victory to even get it on pressed DVD since all of the recently announced stuff has been DVD-R.

Thanks for the replies. I'm surprised it's not out yet since I'm seeing the bluray sold on different websites from Canada and the UK already. Are those bogus copies then?

can we just cut it with the negativity and doom and gloom. we know nothing yet. The Blu-Rays contain the UNCUT versions that do not air in the states. AHS gets released in 4 big countries now just like last year as well.
