I was hoping this would be on the horizon when news of Segal's passing dropped last week.

Fun movie, and he and Fonda had excellent chemistry, I thought.

Will definitely make room in the budget for this.

Not for me I prefer the Carrey/Leoni version though this is still a good movie. I was hoping that the 2005 version was announced. What would be cool of Sony is to release this one first and than announce the 2005 version the following month.

I’d say so. Be warned-it has some VERY off-color bits that were tolerated during the era, but which certainly won’t fly today.

Ted Kotcheff is a fascinating director. I’m reading his very detailed autobiography now

As I posted on the main page, I will definitely buy this. I always feel that George Segal never really got the recognition and Respect he, (in my opinion anyway ) richly deserved.

Finally! Good to see coming to Blu-ray and just saw once for the first time to see it about 4 or 5 years ago. This movie totally so funny and late George Segal and Jane Fonda is also so funny too. One day for me
