It comes out on October 30 and it is currently available for pre-order on Amazon for $23.99 because Walmart also dropped its price.

I just ordered this now as I was looking for something that was released around the same time as They Live to group together in my order for international shipping. I only have the 1 disc UK version so I will be looking forward to seeing the other cuts.

I was wondering how are they gonna house the 3 discs? This thing is probably gonna be as bulky as the dark knight digibook. I like that,

I guess so - we won't know until a review is up, and so far there's been no mention of it being given a brand new upgrade...

Nothing - the 5 disc was 3 Blu-rays and 2 DVDs, the content of those 2 DVDs are being moved to the one of the Blu-rays.

I think the discs on the 5 disc version were on 25gb disc and the digibook version is on 50gb discs

Thanks. Well I went and sold my 5 disc set for $32 (which is a few dollars more than I originally paid) and planning on upgrading yo the digibook

Amazon lists this version as being 4 discs just like the other collectors edition with the car and art book. Is that confirmed or just amazon screwing up the disc count again?

I think Amazon screwed up. This version doesn't include the DVD/Digital Copy disc.

The whole listing is messed up.

It says it includes:

Special Features

Director's Cut
8 Original Limited Edition Lobby Cards
Exclusive Limited Edition Senitype image from movie with 35mm Film Frame
Original One Sheet Movie Poster (27x40)

Which it doesn't. And it also mentions the info from the 5 disc set in the description section.

I saw this was in-stock on Sunday and thought it was too good to be true, thinking it might just be an amaray with the wrong image. I placed an in-store pick-up anyway and decided to wait to pick it up with my Kong and Vendetta Steelbooks today. I figured it wasn't worth an extra trip if it turned out to be an amaray.

To my surprise it really is the Digibook! Amazing!
